During each project, Gemma collaborates with local representatives to identify a community need and select an organization or organizations around which we marshal our resources and focus.

Gemma takes its stewardship role in the communities where we work seriously.

A large part of the project experience we provide is the positive and enduring effect we have on the community.

Open, transparent and continuing communications are the hallmarks of our community approach.

Our organization is engaged with the community on multiple levels — from senior company leadership and project management to the onsite and home office Gemma team.

We hire local skilled craft labor and use local contractors for materials and services if possible.

Gemma is conscientious about sustaining our most valuable resource, our current and future employees.
