Sam serves as Gemma’s primary Contracts Manager and in-house Counsel. Overseeing Gemma’s legal and contracts department. Sam is responsible for EPC contract negotiations, subcontract/purchase order negotiations, union negotiations, licensing, internal corporate governance, and out-side counsel management. Sam started his career as a Business Analyst at General Electric (GE) before joining Gemma as an Assistant Manager in 2015, helping Gemma manage subcontracts and subcontractors in the field. Since then, he has been involved in multiple projects both on-site and in Gemma’s corporate offices. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Clarkson University, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. |
