The Rockford Peaking Project consists of two simple cycle Siemens-Westinghouse V-84.3a combustion turbines.
Gemma’s scope of work included complete plant design, site development, equipment installation, control building, electrical interconnection, start-up and commissioning. Construction began in late January 2000 and substantial completion was achieved in June 2000.
