| The Larkspur Energy Facility is a peaking plant consisting of two General Electric LM-6000 combustion turbines equipped with SCR systems for emissions control.
Gemma’s EPC scope of work included project development support along with complete plant design and construction from site preparation through substation and electrical interconnection.
Construction began in April 2001 and substantial completion of the first two of three units was achieved on July 25, 2001. |
