| The Effingham County power project is a 525 MW two on one combined cycle power plant. The combustion turbines are General Electric 7FA units. The HRSGs were supplied by Nooter Ericksen and the 190 MW steam turbine was supplied by Toshiba.
Gemma’s EPC scope of work included development support, complete plant design and construction from site development through substation and electrical interconnection and included the off site gas metering station.
Construction release occurred on February 1, 2002 and substantial completion is expected to occur in May 2003. |
