Rocky Road Unit No. 4 Power Project is a Westinghouse 501D simple cycle peaking plant.
Gemma’s scope of work included plant design, site development, equipment installation and electrical interconnection. Construction began in December 1999 and substantial completion was achieved in June 2000.
