The Richland Peaking Project is a plant based upon three ABB 11N2 simple cycle gas turbines with a combined power output of 375 MW.
Gemma’s EPC scope of work included complete plant design and construction from site development through electrical interconnection.
Construction began in December 1999. The first two units were completed in May and June 2000 and substantial completion of the entire project was achieved on schedule in November 2000.
